Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (Lunch from 12-1)
Friday 8am-12pm

Financial
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual's medical and psychological well-being. Being sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling financial obligations, we provide the following payment options: Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and offer in house financing called Care Credit. Additional information concerning these options may be obtained by calling our office or going to the links for the health care financing agencies supplied above.
As a courtesy we will assist you in obtaining your maximum benefit from your dental insurance by submitting insurance forms, and when appropriate, x-rays, narratives, photographs, etc. to your insurance company on your behalf.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
