Dr. Matthew Hooks
Dentist/Owner
Dr. Matthew Hooks was born and raised in Stuart, Florida. He attended Martin County High School where he graduated in 2004.
After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from the University of Florida, he earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Hooks was a nominee for the prestigious OKU Honor Society, an honor reserved for those ranked highest in scholarship throughout dental school.
He returned to Stuart and joined Riverview Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. He is passionate about providing state-of-the-art, relationship-based, comprehensive care that is tailored to fit the goals and desires of his patients.
Dr. Hooks has a fervor for continuing dental education. He completed the Advanced Implant Residency Program of Alabama Implant Education in Birmingham, Alabama and has had the unique opportunity to study under clinical instructors of the prestigious Aesthetic Advantage program. He has gone on to complete training in I.V. Sedation from Augusta University making him one of the few dentists in the area who are certified to provide I.V. Sedation to his patients.
The philosophies and techniques he has acquired have allowed Dr. Hooks to exceed his patients' aesthetic demands while offering them the caring, personalized treatment that they deserve.
He has received awards for excellence from the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and the Academy of Operative Dentistry.
Together with his beautiful wife Jane, Dr. Hooks enjoys spending time with their children Tyler, Liza Kate, and Colton. They love fishing and boating and try to spend as much time as possible enjoying everything that their hometown has to offer.

Dr. Matthew Figueroa
Dentist
Dr. Figueroa was born and raised in Miami Lakes, FL. He received a full academic scholarship to attend Florida State University, where he graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences. While at FSU, he was an active member of the Pre-Dental Society, and confirmed his passion for dentistry while shadowing local dentists in the Tallahassee area.
After graduating from FSU, Dr. Figueroa attended dental school at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL, where he earned his Doctorate degree in Dental Medicine. After graduating from the NSU College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Figueroa completed a General Practice Residency at NYU Langone - Lutheran Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. During his residency, Dr. Figueroa gained valuable experience with cosmetic dental procedures, implant placement, root canals, extractions, bone grafting, and clear aligner therapy while being instructed by some of the top dentists and specialists in New York City.
After completing his residency, Dr. Figueroa moved back to his home state of Florida where he has been working in private practice since 2021.
Dr. Figueroa is committed to providing his patients with the highest quality of care, and he views continuing education as crucial to delivering superior results and achieving optimal oral health outcomes. He is a strong proponent of continuing education, regularly attending industry conferences, workshops, and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in dental techniques and technologies. His dedication to lifelong learning ensures that his patients receive state-of-the-art treatment tailored to their individual needs.
Outside of the office, Dr. Figueroa is an active and adventurous person who loves to stay busy. As an avid sports fan, his favorite teams are the Florida State Seminoles, the Miami Heat, and the New York Yankees. In his free time, you can find him on the tennis court, going for runs, or going to concerts whenever he can. At home, he cherishes the time he gets to spend with his wife, Andria and their energetic dog, Beau. They love going on walks together and trying new recipes in the kitchen. Learning new languages is another interest of Dr. Figueroa's, as he finds it fascinating to be able to communicate with people from all around the world. Overall, he'd say he lives a pretty full and fulfilling life, always striving to grow, try new things, and create great memories with the people he cares about.
Dental Hygienist
Denise S.
Denise joined our practice in 1993 and is Riverview Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry’s longest-tenured staff member.
Growing up in Jensen Beach, Denise obtained her AS degrees in Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene from IRSC. Denise’s four siblings still live on the Treasure Coast, and the family loves spending time together, especially for “Friday Pizza Night!”
Denise stays busy with numerous hobbies such as sewing, learning to quilt, reading and cooking. When she’s not busy with a new project you can find her visiting one of her four children or chasing after her two lively grandsons. On Saturdays you will see her decked out in Orange and Blue, an alma mater of two of her children, and it’s not uncommon to hear her cheer “GOOO Gators!”
Dental Hygienist
Paige
Paige has been in the dental field for over 30 years. She became a Dental Hygienist in 1992 and joined our dental team in 2005. You will find that she is compassionate, able to put her patients at ease, and ensures a positive dental experience. Paige loves her career as a dental hygienist and considers all her of patients as family.
Paige’s son Ian is a senior at the University of North Florida majoring in Business. In her spare time, she loves traveling, cooking, thrift store shopping, and watching South Carolina Gamecock football!
Patient Experience Manager
Farrah
Farrah has been a part of our dental family since 2006. She originally joined our team as our Cosmetic and Implant Treatment Coordinator and is currently fulfilling the role of our Patient Experience Manager. In addition, Farrah is a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) having received her dental assisting certification from Indian River State College (IRSC) in 1996 and has been in the dental community ever since.
Farrah, and her husband Ervin, are blessed with four adult children (combined) and their fur baby, a loveable Cur Dog named Sawyer. Hayley, Taylor, and Anthony are local, ranging from Palm Beach to Port St. Lucie, and Gavin is in California serving our Country as a United States Marine! **Semper Fi**
Farrah lives a very busy lifestyle and enjoys every minute of it. When she’s not at the office, Farrah can be found out on the boat, working out at OrangeTheory Fitness, spending time socializing with her loving family and amazing circle of friends, trying out the newest and latest quality south Florida dining experience, or attending Mass on Sunday.

Anna
Anna joined our practice in 2014 as one of our Certified Dental Assistants. She went back to school to become one of our Registered Dental Hygienists (and certified in administering local anesthesia) and graduated with an Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in May 2020.
Anna is a Florida native, currently living in Jensen beach with her husband Justin, their daughter Chloe, and their fur baby Ollie. She spends most of her free time at the beach or the gym. Anna enjoys traveling with her family and loves all water activities.

Tara
Tara graduated from Indian River State College in 1999 with her Dental Assisting degree. Tara has been working as a dental assistant on the Treasure Coast for 23 years and joined the Riverview Dental team in February 2019.
Tara was born and raised in Florida. She is happily married to her husband Chris and together they have raised two boys. In their free time, Tara and her family take pleasure in spending time outdoors enjoying everything sunny South Florida has to offer!

Denise L.
Meet Denise: a certified dental assistant with extensive skills. She earned and has annually updated her certifications in both Maryland and Florida. Denise is dedicated to supporting patients in whatever capacity and is known to be the eyes and ears of the doctor.
She is a proud Jamaican and mother of three. Her hobbies include traveling, wine tasting, and candle making.

Anastasia
Anastasia joined our team in 2023. She is a Florida native from Miami and moved to Stuart in 2018. To overcome her own dental anxiety she went to school for dental assisting and graduated from the Fortis Institute with her dental assisting certification in expanded functions.
Anastasia is a single mother of a beautiful five-year-old daughter named A’nnyia who is her pride and joy. They now live in PSL with their dog Kobe. Anastasia is passionate about life and helping people and when she’s not assisting patients with their dental care needs, you'll often find her having cookouts at the beach or traveling with her family and friends creating unforgettable memories.
Scheduling Coordinator
Savanna
Savanna began working for our office in 2022 as our Scheduling Coordinator. She grew up in Palm City and graduated from Martin County High School. Savanna went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Human Communications from the University of Central Florida.
Savanna lives in Palm City with her husband Collin, daughter Ella and golden doodle Sadie. She loves to spend her free time with her family and friends, and enjoys going on the boat or to football games. Go Knights and Gators!

Ashley
Ashley graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She is the most recent addition to the Riverview Dental family and joined in 2022.
Ashley and her husband Bruce moved to Stuart in 2021 with their French Bulldog Ziggy. They are loving their new hometown, being close to family, and exploring Florida!

Kristen joined our team in 2023 after graduating from Indian River State College. Kristen is a dedicated dental hygienist, committed to creating bright smiles and building genuine connections with her patients.
With a loving fiancé and a college bound son, family is at the heart of everything she does. When not at work Kristen enjoys family gatherings, traveling and the beach.
Insurance Coordinator
Amanda
Amanda joined our dental team in 2024 as our Insurance Coordinator. She grew up always wanting to move to Florida and finally made the big move here, from Westchester, New York, in 2022.
Amanda loves to travel and has been to 20 out of 50 states and plans to visit them all! She also loves to travel abroad when she gets the chance! In her free time, Amanda enjoys going to the beach/pool or relaxing with a good book!! Ask her anything about Taylor Swift…when it comes to Tay-Tay, Amanda’s your girl.

Wendy is a dedicated and compassionate member of the Riverview Family team. She brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the office each day.
When not at the office, Wendy treasures time with her husband Nelson and their two sons. Wendy is an avid lover of the Florida lifestyle and she finds joy in beach outings and family travels.

Ashleigh
With over 23 years of experience in the dental field, Ashleigh brings a deep passion for dentistry and patient care to every appointment. She graduated from Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, Florida in 2005 and has dedicated her career to making patients feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits. Ashleigh is known for her warm personality and commitment to creating positive dental experiences for everyone she meets.
Outside of work, Ashleigh is a proud mother of two daughters, ages 16 and 23. She enjoys an active lifestyle—going to the gym, running, and spending time outdoors at the beach or camping. Most of all, she cherishes time with family and friends, making lasting memories together.
