Dr. Hooks Is simply amazing. I guarantee you would like him. Ashley, his assistant should be called radar and Anna did a wonderful cleaning and it was gentle.

Routine 6 month teeth cleaning. My hygienist was Anna. She was excellent. Explained what we were doing, gave instruction on proper electric tooth brush use, upkeep. Very gentle. The office staff also very efficient and pleasant.

Because of a friend's recommendation, I came to Riverview for a second opinion, mainly because a different dental office seemed more interested in getting me in and out than in explaining everything clearly.
Exact opposite with Dr. Hooks and his team.
From the initial phone call a couple months back to my last visit a week ago or so, every single question I had was answered with clarity and thoughtfulness.
I wound up getting the recommended work done and the same care was given throughout the whole process.

I have been a patient of Riverview Cosmetic Dentistry for over 40years. Before Dr. Mark Fedele, his father was my dentist. Dr. Mark Fedele recently retired but the other dentists are amazing as well. Dr. Hooks snd Dr. Figueroa. The number one priority of this group is the care of their patients. They truly are pain-free. Not joking here. I have had crowns replaced, root canals, and general dental care provided by this group. I highly recommend them to one and all. Both of my daughters were also patients, and one still is. So are her husband and children. The only reason my other daughter is not, is because it is too far to drive from St. Augustine. I will NEVER go to any other dentistry group. Caring staff and dentists!

I recommend Riverview Cosmetics & Implant Dentistry for all those need their teeth or dental work done. I went there for a new upper denture and can’t wait to get it. Dr. Hook is Professional, very nice, knowledgeable, and very thorough he explained the process and answer my questions thoroughly. The Dental Hygienist is very nice and thorough with no feeling of discomfort. All the front desk are friendly and welcoming.

I had Invisalign for 2.5 years, but even with wearing my retainers at night, my front teeth still shifted. I met with Dr. Figueroa and Denise, and they were both amazing. They took the time to explain all my options in a way that made me feel really comfortable and at ease. The best decision I've ever made, was deciding to try Riverview Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry several years ago when I relocated to Florida from New Jersey.

We were just passing through the area and called first thing in the morning after breaking a tooth the night before. They got me in at 11:30 and out by 1:00. The staff and Dr. Figueroa were great. From the moment the elevator door opened I felt welcomed. Since we were traveling there was not time to do a permanent crown so Dr. Figueroa did a repair that will last until I can get back to my regular dentist in a couple months. Thank you.

Love Dr Hooks and staff. I have severe dental anxiety and chose this office because they are one of the few dentists that offer sedation dentistry. On my first consultation with Dr Hooks and staff, I was made to feel very comfortable and I actually relaxed in the chair. There was never any pain or even discomfort.
My last dentist had a very long list of things he thought that needed to be done. So I was expecting Dr Hooks to mention the same issues. Nope. He only suggested replacing an old filling or a crown. I decided on the crown. His office ordered a medication to be taken before my visit, a sedative. I needed a ride to and from the office. I was very relaxed when I arrived. I barely felt the injection and did not feel the drilling at all. After that, I fell asleep and didn’t remember much. It was wonderful. And Dr Hooks doesn’t try to upsell you like most dentists. Thank you Dr Hooks, Kristen, Denise, Anastasia and Anna.
I visit every 4 months for a cleaning and I don’t dread it like I used to. It’s a wonderful office.
